3600 Fletcher Drive In Glassel Park


This modernist residence was built in 1968 and used as a plant for Saturn Lighting, a fabricator of mid-century-modern light fixtures, before it was remodel by Silver Lake architect Tony Unruh, A.I.A. The sleek industrial exterior is covered in corrugated steel and spans its own city block. The 1,866 square foot residence features an open and spacious floor plan with a flexible live-work design.
