“We interviewed three realtors before choosing Rob. He was by far the best and was very approachable, realistic, calm and encouraging. He understood what the house meant to us as sellers, and was gracious and kind with the myriad of questions that we asked of him. He knows the business exceptionally well, knows the area well, and knows how to guide the process well. I never felt pressured to do anything that was not needed. The whole process went really well!”
“Rob is the best real estate agent I’ve ever worked with (and I’ve bought and sold a lot of houses). He is thorough, organized, a great negotiator, VERY knowledgeable about Sliver Lake, and a genuinely kind and thoughtful person. I interviewed him along with several other agents, but there was no contest. I had invested a lot in my house, and Rob understood and appreciated that. He suggested a top notch designer/stager to add accents and pieces that made a huge difference, but was reasonably priced. He brought in an excellent photographer, whose photos were of wow quality. And, he made a super attractive brochure. His enthusiasm for the quirky nature of my house and his understanding of how to pitch that to clients was remarkable he definitely doesn’t have a “fast selling” approach. Instead, his low key confidence and knowledge of both architecture and the neighborhood (where he lives) made all the difference. Lastly, he has and amazing following on Instagram and other social media as well as a lovely team that fills in for him if he needs back up. I can’t recommend Rob strongly enough. He is the BEST!”
“Working with Rob to sell our house was the best decision we made in the whole process. We had interviewed 7 very qualified realtors when, by chance, we rested on Rob’s deep appreciation of good architecture along with his low key demeanor-and the fact that he knew our market intimately. Rob had a clear strategy for selling our house at a premium, but we were not being pushed into any choices. Easy conversations with Rob gave us confidence in his expertise and settled our apprehensions about the process. Finally, It was his shrewd and well organized web presence that sold us on Rob. Take Sunset, in its many forms, provides and amazing platform for getting the message out. Thanks, Rob, we would sign with you any time!”
