This newly listed Kemper Nomland, 1952, is a true time capsule!
The father and son architectural team of Kemper Nomland designed the only Case Study home in Pasadena in 1947. Kemper Nomland Jr. then went on the design his own home and at least a dozen others in the surrounding neighborhoods in the early 50’s.
One family has lived in this home for decades–a testament to the elegance and livability of Nomland’s design.
The original plans from Kemper Nomland are still in the home and the exposed wood ceilings, walls of glass, and even original counters still in place.
Located on a quiet street near the top of Altadena, the residence features beautiful mountain throughout.
