On one of Pasadena’s most coveted and tranquil streets sits this delightful, 1956 post and beam. Terrific open interior spaces, full walls of glass and high-end finishes set this home apart.

This 2,967 square foot home is sited on .18 acres of flat grassy  lawn, which is beautifully landscaped, lit and includes multiple seating areas. The sunken living room, with cast concrete fireplace is bathed in light from two full walls of windows.

Off of the kitchen, this home features a fire pit, another seating area and the indoor/outdoor lifestyle sought after by so many Californians.

A spiral staircase leads to the master bedroom loft and en-suite. The canvas of white walls and ceiling allow the architecture of this home to be emphasized. I love the floor to ceiling windows used throughout.

The bathroom features a walk-in shower encased in mosaic tile and a double vanity with built in storage.

The secluded multiple tiered yard is perfect for relaxing with the family and entertaining! This is on one of Pasadena’s best streets surrounded by beautiful homes.

Awesome. That is a house to live and die in. I mean that in the most non-creepy way possible. This style is called post and beam? I’ve always admired it as a layperson.
