It’s always exciting when a great house in Silver Lake hits the market. This home was originally built in 1936, but underwent an architectural renovation in 2004. It’s located in prime Moreno Highlands and is in the Ivanhoe School District. I previewed it the other day and was really impressed upon walking into this:

The 3,117 square foot residence features a beautifully open floor plan, floor to ceiling windows, some views of the Silver Lake Reservoir and a pool.

The kitchen was one of the highlights for me. It’s very tastefully done and provides a great use of space.

The top floor master suite offers serene views of the Silver Lake Reservoir and multiple balconies.

There’s additional space on the lower level, which could be used as a media room, office, studio or as an additional bedroom.

The deck overlooks the yard and heated solar pool.

The is a gorgeous, completely move-in ready home in a perfect Silver Lake location. It’s extremely close to the Reservoir, dog park, and all the shops and restaurants of Silver Lake. The price is on the high end for Silver Lake, but with the style, space, pool, and lack of good homes on the market, I expect it to go fast.
