Los Angeles, CA 90027

$3,395,000
Built in 1924 by architect A.F. Leicht, this private and gated Mediterranean estate in Los Feliz features incredible views of downtown Los Angeles and Griffith Park, including the Observatory.

The 5,161 square foot residence has been carefully updated by William Jackson, AIA, while staying true to Leicht’s original architectural vision.

The 5-bedroom, 4.5-bath home offers spectacular architectural details, including a solarium, 6 fireplaces, magnesite floors, baccarat sconces, cathedral and barrel ceilings, masterful woodwork and stained glass windows.

There is a spacious eat-in kitchen that opens to a large deck.

The home also includes a library/office, media play room and bar.

The residence is sited on a beautifully landscaped 15,180 square foot lot with multiple balconies and patios.

This is not the only Leicht currently on the market in Los Feliz: 2226 New Hampshire just came back on the market for $3,097,000. So the question is: which Leicht do you like better?

Ha! ya must be kidding. 2338 Chislehurst!! The VIEWS, the DETAILS, the Drama…the usable lot size….the street,… the Master Bedroom AND huge open Kitchen perfectly framing the entire downtown skyline (incomparable to almost all properties) and NO neighbors crunching in on you. No Comparison here, Sunset.
Stunning home.
