House looks great. Love the location of front door. The frames around the windows really makes windows stand out. Floors look high quality. Cherry is great for kitchen cabinets.

ModOp seems to be doing some high quality stuff… not the standard IKEA slap-stick flip.

Very cool spaces and good work.

Obviously these flippers are “in-it” for the money… but helping to gentrify an older area of Los Angeles is always a good thing.

Love the house but hate that front door. It’s looks looks like a bedroom door or a sheet of plywood. No likey.
