This fully remodeled, beautiful Highland Park craftsman is conveniently located North of York. It has been updated with all the modern amenities: laundry, central heating and air, and tankless water heater.

This quaint residence also offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, great views of Downtown, a huge basement, separate office, plus a finished two-car garage, which would be perfect for a studio or office.

This great Highland Park location is just minutes from Eagle Rock, Pasadena, and has quick access to the 110, 134 and the 2–making Silver Lake, Echo Park, and Downtown just a short drive.
If you’d like to check out this fully modernized turn-key craftsman in person, contact me to set up a showing. Sending me an email or call me at 323-775-6305!

Here we go again–yet another website displaying the author’s ignorance by calling Highland Park, Silverlake, Echo Park, etc. the “Eastside.” Real Angelenos know that East Los Angeles, Boyle Heights, City Terrace, etc. have and always will be the true Eastside.
Silverlake, Echo Park, and Highland Park have always been considered Northeast LA. Calling the aforementioned neighborhoods the “Northeastside” would be more accurate.
