  1. Ugh I am dying over this!!! I know it will sell for over asking, but it still seems a bit under priced. What is the square footage I wonder? This listing makes me depressed because I know by the time I’m ready to buy, I’ll be totally priced out of Atwater. Love love love this place!!

Liz: I have the cure for your depression. First of all, it’s not in Atwater village but very far north in Atwater opposite a giant truck parking facility in an industrial area. The giant looming house next door is a hideous McMansion. The flipppers appear to have bought this house for 265,000, done a little landscaping, etc., and now want to sell it to you for 399,000. Do yourself a favor: map this on google and click on the icon that locates this address, then click on streetview. Enjoy!

Take Sunset: I love your blog, but in all fairness please post this.
