A great home tour is going on this Sunday in Pasadena: the Buff & Hensman Home Tour will explore the legacy of architects Conrad Buff and Donald Hensman. Sponsored by the Pasadena Heritage, featured residences on the tour will include the 1954 John Norton House (listed in the National Register of Historic Places), the Alvaro Bea House and the Thompson/Mosley House (designed in 1959 by Buff, Hensman and Cal Straub), among others.
Pasadena is full of amazing mid-century architecture so this should be a great chance to see some amazing homes up close. This is a self-drive tour and docents will be giving guided tours from 9-4pm at the homes. Plan on allotting 5 hours to see all the homes.
