Want a private and modern two bedroom in the Hollywood Hills? Get ready to shill out a million bucks. Here we have a great example of a house that looks great from the outside, is in a great location and has amazing views, but who is it really for? The “party shower” that leads out onto the back deck gives us a clue that it’s not designed with a husband, wife and two kids in mind.
With that said, is this pad up to par? Sleek and modern, sure, but after looking at the pics this house just feels a little stale to me.

Actually think house is cool although much too close to the edge of the land that it’s sitting on. No kids in that house!..but it’s only 2 bedrooms anyways. Strange that master bedroom doesn’t have sliding doors to outside. Windows are all too small. Kitchen, living room, bath,and deck look good…What is a “party shower?”
i think you should Google “party shower” and make sure your “safe search” is turned off!
